Can I leave my picture frame lit all night?
Yes, it's completely safe. Thanks to its energy-efficient LED technology, the frame doesn't get hot. Furthermore, its minimum brightness mode (nightlight mode) is specifically designed to emit a soft light without disturbing sleep.
Does the frame come with a wall plug?
It all depends on the version you choose when you purchase it:

220V Plug Version: It comes ready to use with its included power adapter for direct connection to a standard wall outlet.

USB-C Wireless Version: The frame has its own rechargeable battery, but no USB-C cable or power adapter is included (you can use any standard USB-C cable and charger you already own).
What happens if the battery is completely empty?
Simply plug in a USB-C cable (not included). The frame will function normally, even while charging its battery.

Can I change the photo (home print)?
Yes, it's absolutely possible! For impeccable visual results with backlighting, we recommend using 180g to 250g photo paper. Standard 80g papers are too thin and allow the paper's texture to show through.
How do I clean the glass on my AuraLit photo frame?
Use a microfiber cloth (or a soft, dry cloth) to remove dust and fingerprints. Do not use glass cleaners containing alcohol, as they may damage the acrylic glass.
Can the battery or the LEDs be replaced?
The LED components and battery are designed to last over 25,000 hours (more than 10 years of daily use). In the event of a malfunction, our customer service will handle the device under our 2-year warranty.
